This piece was inspired by a photo of Sheep Lake, a friend of mine took. I fell in love with the reflections in the water and many trees along the landscape.

I left the frame of the window as is, because I loved the texture and old paint. I felt like it added character to the piece.

 

The window was given to me by the person that grew up in the house and was being remodeled, I have not seen a window like this before or after, its very unique.
